I was thinking of walking this year but living up in Milton Keynes and working in Buckingham I didn’t know what sort of response I’d receive.
However I download a sponsorship form and sent it round the office and by the end of my first day of ‘campaigning’ I have £211 worth of pledges if I complete the course!
Therefore it looks like I’ll be joining the masses (!) at 5am on the 15th November, even though I won’t know a soul there!

You can add me to the list for this year Pete.
I have started training already, instead of just walking to and from my car when going to work, i now do a full circuit of the car before getting in!

I'm definitely up for it Pete.
The training has begun, walking about 4 miles a day at the moment, will increase in October.

Me and the missus are up for it PJ. Although I was so knackered last year when I got off the coach I drove from the princess royal to the griffin for a pint

Beezy is giving me £5 too.:D
I raised £3,500 when I did the London to Brighton bike ride, mainly from suppliers. Mind you, a football clubs health doesnt quite appeal to others like The British Heart Foundation.
Calls for some Marky spin:D :D

So so true! :(
I only raised a good amount last time as I personally matched all contributions from work colleagues and gave it to MS. I can't afford to do it this time round so my thinking cap is on.
But thanks to Darrin (WaterloovilleBee) and Paul J. for their kind sponsorship pledges.
I'm not going to walk back from Wycombe unless I can raise a minimum of £500! :(
