Banned Bee was threatening to join the walk, yesterday. He's in favour of an earlier start, so that he can get to the White Horse in time for opening! :D

Yep been giving it a lot of thought and have decided to get off my arse and walk for the bees. I think that we should leave at 03:30 arriving at 11:00 at the Flint oppersit the station for a quick Stella then walk to the white horse for 12 o clock opening. Seriously though could I get out of community service for this? Could I say it is charity work. Who else is up for an early start?

Certainly early enough.

You don't want to leave too early, walking between Uxbridge and Beaconsfield in the dark would mean a few dead Bees

Everyone made kick off but some people had to be helped along a bit due to time constraints

We're leaving earlier this year though, and I'm going to walk slightly quicker.

Nocoat "persuaded" me to sponsor him on saturday  25p a mile. This offer stops when he reaches Wycombe, lest he try and wring the next four years worth of walking to and from the fridge out of me too :nono:

Stupid question I know, but:

What is the job of the marshalls.
Do they check we are going the right way

:)

They do lead you in the right direction, just incase you can't follow the map, eh Trandy ;) ;) ;)

Also provide useful supplies of energy drinks and food.
