I wonder if the club will open Stripes early and perhaps offer some sort of breakfast/hospitality package to inclue the Rugby World Cup Final?

I was thinking that earlier. How far in advance woudl you have to apply to get an early licence?

To be honest I'm not sure how happy the local police would be for the club to offer at least six hours of pre match drinking, it's got to be worth asking though.
