Now we know we're at Oldham on 3rd Jan we can get on with the train travel.
It seems like it might be dear, but there are 2 different routes.
I've got 6 tickets on the 9.00 from St Pancras to Manchester, returning on the 18.47. Connecting to Oldham will take around 30 minutes. £18 each.
There are no foursite left on Midland Mainline, or group tickets on Virgin.
Cheapest is this one, Twosome, £18 each.
Virgin Value are available, cheapest is £22 return, and you have to arrive back in London at 00.15.

I am not booking trains for this one either - too high a risk of postponement. Will be a driving day for me - toll or no toll
Hey Wanderingbee - fancy doing an emergency stop in the middle of the M62 again? lol lol

Driving is the only way it's gonna happen. Get up therefor 2 o'clock spending as little time in the elements as possible, watch us record our SECOND away win on the bounce, then jump straight back in the broom broom and piss off quick smart back to civilisation. :afro:
