Andy is giving one fan or more if interested the chance to have lunch with him. It appears on this meesage board that lots of you enjoyed watching him and when in the pub the other night we had an idea to see if anyone would want luch with him. I have listed this on ebay as he played for several clubs but if you want to either bid or pm me then that is fine. The reserve is in place to cover lunch and a few drinks. Any profit made from a Brentford fan winning will go to your fighting fund.

Any questions please post or pm me.

Thanks

That's a good fund raising idea and thanks to oweng and Andy for changing the rules so that any profit goes to (I assume) Bees United.

This might be worth thinking about if we can tap into present and past players to give a couple of hours of their time and have lunch with a supporter with the winning bid proceeds going to BU.

How much for lunch and a quiet chat with Martin Rowlands???

Thats correct all profits going to Bees United. I am seeing him today and it should not be a problem. If someone from Bees United wants to pm me then perhaps we could work out a proper lunch with several of you and you keep all of the profits.

Ninepence. After all it's not going to be sparkling converstaion is it?

Scenario:

Winning bidder says "Hello Martin".

Five courses (light lunch for some I know) a few bottles of fine wine and three hours later, during which time Martin has tried to think of an appropriate response to this challenging statement and while trying to remember if a fork is the 'prongy one' or the one that 'I can look in and it makes my face go funny' the winning bidder departs.
