If you go on the WAGN trains it will be cheaper, but it will take quite a bit longer as it stops at various places, including Hitchin to pick me up:D

THE GNER trains are normally first stop, but some stop at Stevenage.

but since my new years resolution is to try and bee a better person.... it wont cost you big at all, in fact beeing under 16 it will work out cheaper than the coach for you, most likely. you wont have to book up in advance just bowl down to your local station on the day and you will bee paying less than a tenner

The cheapest return left available, a 'supersaver' from Trowbridge to Peterborough is £59:mad1:

As I can get two separate tickets; one to Clapham Junction and and then from King's Cross for a total of £39, I was being charged £20 to get across London!!
I contacted BR (or whatever they are now) to point it out, they said they'd look into it.

A month later still £59:nono:

Well, it takes a long time for someone in the Punjab to work out exactly where London is and what getting across it means. Had you enquired about the hang off service form Dehli to Bombay (or is it now called Mumbai or something similar?) via Calcutta and Goa then you'd have had an immediate response and a choice of competitively priced tickets offered!!!

;) :D :) :D ;)

This is with a railcard from thetrainline.com - add 1/3 on to these prices without one.

Dave, I don't know any Brentford fan who would not have been in Peterborough for at least 2 hours by the time you intend to leave!

13.07 is a departure time for an evening kick off.
