Take over running and arranging fund raising nights/events/do's etc from the likes of PJ and Bish?
Surely this job should now be handled internally? After all, if not, why the hell are we paying someone else to do it when we have the likes of the above doing if for the love of the Club:confused: Or why not offer it to them for the corresponding wage?
Does anyone know if that success story Ian Davies(who brought him in, the rip roaring, runaway, income generator that he was:rolleyes: ) is still 'working', or should that be drawing a wage from BFC?

It is my understanding that the new commercial manager is looking at more strategical marketing tools, to generate income through increased sponsorship, etc. Fund-raising ideas, etc, doesn't necessarily come under "commercial" ventures although I stand to be corrected.

Sounds more like a job for a Business Development Executive if you ask me. Perhaps we should get one of those. Oh. I've just checked on the Official Site and we already have!!!!!!!!!

Have they decided which decade they plan to show a profit or even a return in yet?
