BIAS
26th March 2004, 16:03
As I'm sure everyone is aware, 2004 marks the centenary of our famous old stadium Griffin Park. To mark this occasion, a day of celebration is planned on Sunday 25th July. This will centre around matches involving ex-players, but there will be other aspects to the day as well.
This is a venture between the Football Club and the fans. Bias is backing the event both logistically and financially, and to this end we are looking for supporters to step forward and help this day take shape.
This can be in the form of ideas for the event and/or practical assistance around the event. If you would like to help, this is your chance. It really is an opportunity not to be missed.
On Tuesday 30th March there is a fund-raising meeting in Stripes, starting at 7:00. This is an ongoing activity to discuss fund-raising initiatives for Bees United, and all are welcome. It is hoped that a meeting about GP100 can be held immediately afterwards, at about 8:30, however this is provisional.
If you want to help - in any way - towards making GP100 a success, please email phil@bias.org.uk
It would be good to hear from you and hopefully see you on Tuesday.
