does anyone know what parking is like at Wednesday?
Also, any tips on where to park to ensure a quick departure?
Thanks in anticipation.
There is a greyhound track (i think) with a massive car park about 10mins walk from the ground, however, don't expect a quick exit after the game from anywhere near the ground as with 20,000 people all leaving at once it isn't pretty

might be worth parking near a tram stop in town and then getting a tram to the game? just a suggestion - and the trams are a bit of a mare after the match too

there are a few park and ride facilities on the supertram.
there is also a morrisons supermarket about a mile from hillsborough (www.morereasons.co.uk). not sure if they will enforce any parking restrictions there as it is not THAT close to the ground. you can get a tram from there to the ground.

from memory, i don't think their car park's THAT big, but certainly there, or the back streets near there are worth a shot. don't be wet and get the tram tho :nono: , it's only about 15mins walk from there.

I've heard a rumour that it might be an idea to park at Meadowhall and get a tram from there. Dan - can you confirm or disconfirm this....?!
