Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I keep trying to download MSN Messenger, but to no avail - It looks like something might be happening, but then the page goes grey with three shapes in the left hand corner. I've got Windows 98.

You may have an earlier version of MSN

or the 13434th key in the registry may have a space where there should be a semi-colon

or you installed security patch id 243523232 without installing IEv5.01 Service Pack 32 Hotfix 823423333

So hotmail can tell you every time some spammer mails you. Quite rightly banned at work and should be in most places of work.

You don't have to have a hotmail address to use it, then it doesn't affect you.

I know but it is funny when you standing next to someone else's pc and messenger pops up and says "You have mail from: I want to suck you". rofl
