Depends on injuries.

It looks like we'll have a small but good squad. If everyone stays fit we could do very well, but that's trusting to luck.

Apart from us, I think Oldham look a reasonable each way bet at 20-1 (if there is each way on such bets); Doncaster at 25-1 is far from generous.

A bit insulting for us to be joint 2nd bottom in the bookies' minds: at the very least we should be in with the 33-1 shots

I'm not a betting man but 50/1 sounds fantastic odds ! I might even place a tenner on that...not that I know how to but I'm sure I'll work it out....

Not sure why Doncaster are so well fancied, I know they won the 3rd div but recent history suggest promoted teams struggle. Hull apart, because they have better buying power, I expect all others to struggle. There were alot of false positions last season imho, Colchester, Luton, Bournemouth, Hartlepool all could be bottom half next season.
Best Ew probably Stockport, as they had good finale and some money to spend. Bristol City & Tranmere should both be there and there abouts also.

Not sure that is true.

Hartlepool came 6th this year, Brighton won consecutive titles a few years ago, Bury went straight through a few years ago too. Rotherham did likewise.

Doncaster are on a roll at the moment, who knows when it will end.

How can you bet e/w on footie, does that cover first four places?

Looking again at the list who came up with those odds? Peterborough, Colchester, Bournemouth, Luton, Oldham and us should all finish way higher than predicted there. Someone has not been studying the form.

I believe it's top 2, but some companies may offer better placings.

On ToteSport I got £10 on the win @ 50/1 plus £10 on the next 3 places (2nd, 3rd & 4th) @ quarter odds (12.5/1)

That's definitely worth a bet.

I find our odds quite strange, on the assumption the relegation odds will be much the same in reverse we will be one of the favourites to go down...have they not heard of MA and the new dawn at GP, do they think Wally is still in charge??

Still good value as they say on a punt on the Bees.

Just shows how open next season Div2 will be, I shall be betting on Bradford and Franchise to go straight down again.

Can you place a bet on us finishing in a play off place with the bookies?

Wimbledon I fancy will go down. Brentford each way is worth a couple of bob. But I really do believe the division will be wide open.
