Season We Won Every League Home Game

Is it true that apart from winning every home game in the season we actually lost the last home game in the previous season and the first home game of the next season?

And yet despite winning every home game we still didn't manage to get promoted!!

Lost last home game prevoius season 0-2 Plymouth and first of following season 0-4 Northampton.
