Well done lads, on receiving the junior sportsmanship award at last nights Chiswick and District League AGM.
Take my hat off to you in not getting a single player booked or sent off over the season.

Many thanks Phoenixkeeper. You really should have introduced yourself, it'd be great to have met you.
The lads we have were terrific and play clean football, and do not talk back to refs. However, the key point is that most people would expect us to be uncompetitive because we are not a physical team, but actually we competed very well and matched some of the top teams, and in most cases, won our games against the temas that finished below us in the division.
Next season, we hope to maintain our sportsmanship, whilst being stronger all over the park to achieve our potential.
Many thanks for your kind message. Fancy joining the Beesotted revolution? ;)
See you soon.

Well i will introduce myself next meeting then, although i am sure i met you while you were marshalling the Walk to Wycombe and i was walking/crawling!!!
And whilst being flattered to join the Beesotted revolution, as a founding member of my current club i have no plans to depart at present. However, should this change then i will be heading your way!
Would your lads fancy a friendly somewhere near the start of the season?

I'm sure we can try and fit a preseason friendly in, although there are, wihthout sounding crass, quite a few offers on the tables. I think big Jim Finnigan is also trying to arrange a tourney for Brentford fans who have teams in Sunday League, and last year's was really good fun. Most of the teams are actually C&DSL, but I think there were one or two from the West Fulham League too. PM JimBee, as he might know more.
All our pre-seasons will be arranged in July for August, but I hope to give preference to those with Brentford connections. It kinda makes it friendlier.
Enjoy the close season and speak soon too.
