When the new BEES pub comes on line, I think BU should move the gigs to OUR pub with ALL profits going to us.

Much easier to promote being a main road location and we could create an easily convertable part of the bar for this purpose.

Of course depends on a performance license being granted by the authorities.

We just have to ask the friendly local community, sure they'll be keen on the idea.

Ace Face surely we could use the function room as a live venue, with some modification a better access to the bar could be created? It would have the added benefit of driving the house prices of the property between the PR and the forecourt to a low enough level for us to buy :D

As I understand it Fullers have already purchased the house alongside the pub. :sorted: :fishing:

Now is that forward planning on Fullers part, as that corner plot inlcuding the pub and houses, will be worth quite bit if/when building starts on GP. ;)

I was admiring how nicely done all those houses have been done up and the windows of the Princess Royal - are they original?

Won't it also depend on the location of the club shop?

The Pub has a limited amount of space, move the shop in (which I believe is going to be about 4 times the size of the existing), move the bands in and there might be a bar enough for 5 or 6 people.

The shop will be the hall at back of the pub. The front has a small stage, so maybe the smaller gigs such as Jazz Night could be held there along with Karaoke and Weekly Quiz events etc.
Good food has to be on offer for 7 day a week income!! :sorted:

Why not market the local residents and ask them what they would like in their local. :fishing:
