an ISP who shall remain nameless, alright itīs ideal hosting of norwich, keeps billing me for services they havenīt provided.

2 years ago i ordered webhosting from them. They did nothing apart from taking 23 quid from my credit card. they didnīt provide the hosting, they didnīt send me any information about control panels, idīs or anything, and they didnīt respond to my emails.

1 year ago they debited my credit card for another 23 quid. Barclaycard refused to help me so i cancelled my credit card.

Now theyīve sent me another invoice. iīve emailed them explaining the situation fairly politely but they donīt read them, they just send back standard responses.

is there an iSP watchdog i can threaten them with?

ps sorry about the intermittent upper case, itīs the pc not me honest.

Not that I know of. Try http://www.ofcom.org.uk/ who regulate communication industries.
