Dont know what you've been told but I've lived in it since it was built and can promise you there ain't nothing wrong with this bud.
Spent much money and bloody hard graft to turn this into a shithot home for my wife and kids but am moving on to a renovation project which will be more of a challenge.
Still, thanks for your kind, wise words of encouragement.
