Hey guys,

Congrats and all that on reaching the play offs - I wish you well in the return leg. A team from this site played us (Hammersmith Town Old Boys FC) a few summers ago at Feltham Arena on the astro. We won I think 5-2. Was hoping maybe we could do the same this summer. All dates are on a sunday morning with a 11am KO. We would of course split the cost.

June 26th available

Pearcey :)

How good are you? Would an under 14's, West London Cup, National Catholic Cup and 2nd placed London Cup winners be able to tackle you?

Well two summers back we played St Blazey AFC U16's at their place in Newquay. We lost 5-2 but anybody that knows their football will tell you they are a pucker club (strongest in the west country probably) and considering they were playing Plymouth U16's the following week in the FA youth cup.... I think we put on a good show! Having said that we are two years older now! Joking aside our side varies in age. We have players aged 22 upwards and three touching 50! We are a social side....play to enjoy (the beer after!) ;-)

Such a stirrer!

We had less players sent off than the majority of teams in our division (one was sent off for lifting his shirt over his head as a goal celebration, so hardly violent...). And except for 1 or 2 players from both sides, all our games against Beesotted were played in a competitive but fair spirit. I'm sure even Sumo Dan would testify to that!

Hey Jude trouble-makers out!

Who's Sumo Dan? I won't go into the details of the Real Madras and Beesotted rivalry, but some players on both teams ought to know better. Having a completely useless referee doesn't help either, as shown by the second game that we played, where no controversial incidents happened.

I'd also point out if the Madras player who lifted his shirt over his head was the infamous Waj, I can see why he would have been sent off. Albeit not for violent behaviour. ;)
