Use www.thetrainline.com. (http://www.thetrainline.com.)

I used it a few times last season for away travel and regularly use in on business. They normally have the lowest fares oposted and you get a pound off for booking on-line.

We should fill it easy Chris but we didn't sell out our allocation at Bristol Rovers last year did we ? Admittedly, that was greater than 900, but then it was on the back of a Championship Season.

I remember seeing people paying at the turnstiles at Rovers last year so I assume it wasn't sold out!

Is Northampton all ticket? Not that it matters much, every all ticket away match I attended last season was selling tickets on the door anyway. Load of old b**locks "all ticket". But just in case when do they go on sale? http://gpgrapevine.co.uk/ubb/wink.gif

HobNob

OK don't all rush at once! I've just been over to the old board and the answer is there. Funny the old board is more up to date than this one?

Chrisbee

I actually put ticket sale details on here before the other board!! http://gpgrapevine.co.uk/ubb/tongue.gif

My mate, a Luton supporter just sent me this:

"Sorry to tell you this, but Northampton is a terrible ground to get away
from, stuck in the car park for ages. Also behind the goal is low down, OK
at your end but hopeless when the ball is down the other end. Mind you, the
goalkeeper can hear everything if you want to shout at him!"

Must agree with Hob Nob - it was murder to get out from on a Tuesday night.

The ground is part of a leisure complex and likely to be even busier on a Saturday afternoon.

Last time - Woody was in goal for them and did he get some stick or what (though we did lose 4 - 0). Hopefully he isn't playing this time or he'd still get stick from our fans.

If M1 is busy - another route is up the M40 to the A43 (or A34 - can never remeber) turnoff towards Northampton - drive past Silverstone - not a bad route - probably about the same travelling time

Cobblers have signed Adam Sollett from Kettering for £30,000.The keeper turned down other moves(Bristol Rovers)saying "Northampton is a massive club".MY OPINION....hope he plays against the Bees.Saw him last year....not over-impressed
