how do IO get my third star

My post yesterday re my experience with the office was no 98, when I put a reply to it today that is also 98, I am just going to see what this one comes out as.

oh look it is 99, but the message I left this morning regarding gibbs signing in the transfer talk section was also 98.
I am going to try closing this down, opening again to see if that adds a new number on.
