and the team has little spirit or character

true, he weeded out some of the wasters and has stuck with ide
but beyond that it's been a complete failure
and unless the club establish clearheaded strategy

Fitz's problem is that he is too much like Leroy, a nice fella. Let Fitz go back to the youth set up. Also, i don't like people returning to clubs but this return would not upset me .......

out, im afaid he hasnt done enough i think the fact that we have been resigned to relegation for so long is why there hasnt been to much uproar about the fact that hes only got 17 points from 21 games!

There's no reason why we shouldnt be able to afford a new manager. Fitz's contract runs out at the end of the season so there's no pay off unless someone on the board decides to extend it without telling anyone...

He's got to go, the only reason people want to give him a chance is because he was working with the youth team before. If this had been an outside man, fans would have been calling for his head weeks ago.... Football is no place for sentimentality, 'giving him a chance' could well result in the demise of a once proud football club. It's time to be ruthless I'm afraid.. :wave:
