Good player - highpoint perhaps how he organised a team of kids to beat Hull on the last day 2 seasons ago - seemingly a good youth team coach, but out of his depth in trying to turn around a very poor team. His signings have been fairly poor, and he has admitted his inabilty to eliminate basic errors
