A new manager
A player-assistant manager
An executive board of no more than 4 - including an MD - with only two Directors having any football say.
An MD given clear targets and rewarded or not for success / failure
All non-execs with no power unless on a sub-committee (i'e. stadium)
BU to either run the club or not - no more half way house. If it's no, then they need to re-define their role.
Every player in contract transfer listed
No contract offers for anyone out of contract except Ide and Kuffour
Greg Dyke either as a figurehead or a fully fledged chairman with exec powers.
Reduction in operational staff numbers
A playing budget that stands a chance of promotion
