Wondering if you can confirm my recollection from a few years back...

There's currently a thread on the CPFC Bulletin Board debating the merits of cheese. Unfortunately certain cheese philistines are lowering the level of the debate.

Several years back, I'm sure I heard an interview on the radio with a Brentford fan who seemed just as interested in singing the merits of cheese as in talking about the Bees. It seemed Griffin Park was a hotbed of cheese appreciation.

Is this particular obsession still alive and well? If so, in my book it clearly raises you head and shoulders above the tofu munching Fulham hordes.

Best of luck to the Bees for the forthcoming season....

Yep, you're quite right Vic Eagle.

About 4 years ago a group of Bees supporters were well in to cheese and took to adorning their person with various varieties.

They even chartered a boat down the Thames, complete with their cheesy adornments, for a cup tie against Charlton which unfortunately was postponed due to the weather.

They were well cheesed off when they heard the news!!
