I never really rated him much. I just looked at his stats for the season and in 33 games he was only on the winning side 4 times. I really don't understand why Rushden signed him cause they were doing alright until he went there. Give me Fitzgerald any day.

That was without doubt one of the worst penalties I have seen in my entire life.

When i saw him walk back to nearly the halfway line for his run up, I seriously would have staked my house on him missing.

Still didn't matter in the end.

I'm not in the "know". How much of his disaffection was due to WD? Maybe being told to f...k off so many times rubbed off, and he responded in a similar way? This is not condoning his shitty behaviour towards the Brentford fans which was totally unacceptable.

I cannot judge him - I saw him in his early days at GP playing alongside Sonko and whilst I thought they were both pretty raw, I saw a lot of potential - but IMHO this was never fulfilled. Roget strikes me as a volatile character and he clearly doesn't cope under pressure - this is probably the reason why he has never really made it at any professional club he's been with.

Goodbye - I hope he does better but his attitude needs to improve.
