Mr Noades,
Please excuse me, I am a tad confused by all the figures banded about. We are approx £4m in debt (this is the LOWEST figure i've heard, believe me!!) yeh? If not, how much is it?
Anyway, assuming the figure is £4m... we made a profit on Hermann Hreidarsson of about £2m overall, a profit which you claimed would enable you to "fund" the club for another year. So, if we hadn't have made that particular transfer, is it safe to assume we would now be £6m in debt? The figures you've been quoted as saying have said that initially we were losing "£20,000 a week", over 4 years that equals approximately £4m - so where's all this added debt come from? What costs have you (the club) incurred over the past four years, additional to the weekly losses?
