Brentford boss Uwe Rosler has kicked off his summer acquisitions in impressive style with the permanent signings of both Harlee Dean and Adam Forshaw on two year deals.

20 year-old Dean performed excellently at the heart of the Bees defence following his arrival on loan from Southampton in November and played a total of 28 games whilst midfielder Forshaw, who recently earned the Everton “Reserve Player of the Year” award, was also impressive in his eight appearances for the Bees before seeing his loan spell from Everton cut short when he suffered a broken jaw in the home victory over Rochdale in March.

We welcome back both Harlee and Adam for what is already shaping up to be an exciting season ahead.

Discussions here for Harlee Dean and here for Adam Forshaw.

The Hounslow Chronicle has reported that Bees Boss Uwe Rosler is keen to bring Fulham wide man Bjorn Arne Riise to Griffin Park. The 28-year old Norwegian, brother of former Liverpool favourite John Arne Riise, has found his chances limited since arriving at Craven Cottage in 2009 and is set to leave when his contract expires in the summer. Rosler has managed Riise before, during his time at Lillestrom and although wages could prove to be a stumbling block, the Bees Boss will hope that their previous relationship may persuade the winger to make the switch to TW8.
