It isn't though is it. The squad flying out include 3 with a possible 4th Dev squad players. So 18 first team squad with 3 more to sign.

Good news. While we're signing young attacking full-backs, maybe Jackson Ramm (right-back) is worth a look? Only 19 and has made a number of appearances for England youth teams and Blackburn's reserves. He's currently on trial at Colchester and the fans seem impressed, but he hasn't gone on their trip to Europe. Noticed the positive reviews when looking up how Bean and Morrison are doing there!

Theres 4 weeks to go yet and evry player who hasn't got signed up yet is looking at the local job centre adverts. Dont panic, dont panic, dont panic......

Given that Redwood is a year older and being given a development squad contract, I can't see the harm in adding another player to a "squad" that doesn't have 11 players and is run from a separate budget.

Personally speaking I actually preferred his rare ventures into the opposition half, as it reduced the chances of calamitous game changing mistakes in our own box.

If Farid scores goals, a fit Harry creates them and Craig "mans up" the defence it might.

I'd hope we have at least another striker and Bidwell though.

Agree if Farid and Donaldson form a good partnership will get goals Saunders/Harry providing the service, choice of Douglas, Reeves, Fordshaw, Dave, KOC for the middle oh and Dallas im happy with that. Dean and Craig at centre and get in a left back should be fine

Tsoumou looks an interesting prospect. Very strong in the air and quick by all accounts. Udders fans say his first touch is not brilliant but he did score a few in his first season.

[Leon Redwood has got] to be the star of the trialists along with Josh Robinson

Robinson having got favourable reports from his second half appearance at Right Back v Hampton & Richmond, I was wondering where he had got to, since he hasn't featured for BFC since.

Anyhow, I should have realised he is back in Northern Ireland, representing his country in the Elite/U-19 Section (for International Selections) of the Milk Cup:

Having (deservedly) lost 5-3 to Chile, but drawn 0-0 with a very strong Mexico side, NI's results have been poor enough.

But according to some of the fans at their games, Josh at least has caught the eye strongly, playing at Centre Back.

Let's hope that he's back there with BFC's blessing, rather than through BFC no longer being interested.
