Funny how we see things differently. I wouldn't say he had a poor game, but was the least Impressive out of the back four. His defensive heading reminds me of Alan Whitehead, I'm afraid.

It was my first game down at the Bees this season and I have to say I wasn't totally impressed with him to be honest. Yesterday he wasn't too bad but he really did make me nervous when he had the ball at his feet. He is also extremelyyyyyy slow which is a hindrance. He is a good leader and he organized the defence quite well but I think Legge and Dean is our best partnership.
@ChrisSmith1992. 21. Support Minnesota Timberwolves and Vikings. Also FC Barcelona!
It's just my personal opinion that Leon is a better CB than Tony Craig from the ONE game I have seen this season. I highlight the ONE because It's too early for me to judge his performance. However, after seeing highlights and other peoples opinions, it's clear he hasn't had the greatest start to the season. Yesterday he was okayish but he really did make me nervous every time he had the ball at his feet.

I know what you're saying and I agree that Harlee and Leon's partnership didn't look too impressive. That said, and all things considered, I would still prefer Leon to Tony. As others have commented; that ball over the top does for Craig every time. I always think that Leon's pace gets us out of trouble with those last ditch challenges. Craig makes me nervous but maybe I worry too much.
Each to his own but I thought he looked pretty good with the ball at his feet, spread the ball out wide rather well. Also quite a few times, when Col U played one of their aimless hoofs, rather than head it away upfield, he looked for a teammate and laid it off to them
Thamesmead Tone played left back at millwall mainly i beleive. why did the one working scoreboard say he had scored our goal yesterday? broken brentford.

I wouldn't be too impressed with a Dean/Legge pairing either. Having a natural left sided CB is just as important. Osborne or Dean had to move to the left to accommodate Legge last season. Not ideal. Especially with Dean playing so well in his preferred position. I'd stick with Craig and hope he gets more confident with Bidwell beside him.

I thought it was his best game for us, he was only turned easily a few times and left on the floor after an aerial challenge with Bean. Too small for a CB, Colchester's crap game was to hoof the ball behind our CBs and watch the pace of Sears explode into action, the trouble was that Sears has no pace but they obviously saw that as a weakness, I tend to agree.
Vote BLUNSTONE - maybe out of touch but closer than what we already have.
oh ok ,the Premiership youngster striker on loan slot is still available .I would imagine this would be filled when the transfer window re-opens , when is that ? I think we're stuck with Craig for now ,time will tell but hes not much of an enhancement over previous cb's
Hypnotise the lot of 'em !
No mate not Andy scott. He's currently down the embankment drink orange juice. Just a little dig at my on line friend magic who thinks all are problems will be solved by signing forwards. Credit to him in the last couple of weeks though. He does seem to have claimed down a tad.
Was I wrong about getting rid of Scott 6 months before we did, was I wrong about lack of forwards costing us last season. Yep I talk crap alot of the time but sometimes I'm proved right. All I said was I didn't rate him and he lacked pace, I'm not the only person on this site that thinks the same. I'll be glad to be proved wrong as its means we are doing ok. Lovely to know somebody thats never wrong.
On numerous occasions you've come on here with half truths and gossip that is never quite right. If I remember rightly you told us Ribertson had signed and then back tracked with some cobblers about him having to payback his signing on fee. At that stage I dismissed anything else you've posted.
And I said nothing about paying his signing on fee???
That's cobblers.
