He's definitely found his feet now. He suddenly doesn't look so small, in fact he beat their two strikers most times in the air today and Gary and Forte are pretty decent in the air too. Looks a very good combo now with Harlee.

Showed in recent games what the Millwall supporters admired about him. No nonsense central defender , good in the air and quick to clear the ball when needed. I had my reservations about him but has shown me wrong with my doubts.
Even after having his head bandaged with possibly a couple of stitches in, was commanding in the air and not afraid to head the ball. Read somewhere that he is "hard as nails". Certainly showed those qualities today.
A great performance leading by example. Captaining the side seems to affect Dougies game adversely at times. Perhaps there's a ready made deputy here when Kev isn't playing?
Crowd warming to him - took him 8 games to feel at home, last 4 games he has been rock solid.
Old fashioned in making the best of what he has, no nonsense and someone we need in the trenches up North his winter.
He's here for 3 years if we want him and he wants to stay.
Looks a better deal for both as each week passes.
