Solid and reliable as ever was Lee last night. Sadly for him though I think it is going to take a lot of errors from Moore for him to win his place back now though.

Lee may have had a good game last night but Moore is not doing anything wrong. Its Moore's position to lose imo, if he continues to be consistently good then I dont think it matters how Lee plays, he will retain his place in the first team and rightly so.
It was just one of those things....

Don't think anyone's disputing that or calling for an instant recall for Lee based upon last nights solid performance but it's a long, long season and it is good to know that should we require him Lee is in decent shape following injury.

Now that Simon has had a good run in the team, I'd be interested to know how different the poll results would be for this thread if it was started from scratch. Is that something that can be done Mr Mods sirs? Or would that involve starting a new and therefore duplicate, infraction inviting thread?
    If we beat Southend.

Erm...and so he should, but the fact is Simon Mooore is a better keeper.

He is our No 1 keeper at the moment and deservedly so - as to the better keeper that's subjective and not 'fact' but your opinion.... which I disagree with.

Subjective. Not fact. But you're 100% right.

Lee has better command of his area is better than Moore's at the moment I would venture. Communication with back four is also better. Shot stopping both excellent possibly Moore shades it on current form. Distribution would just give it to Lee but not the strongest attribute of either to be honest. Prepared to accept others see it differently, just glad we've got two excellent keepers.

Really don't mind either but Moore is in possession and will be mighty hard to shift now

And Maradona was a midget. Presumably he's masses better than Lee.

    why ?

It would be totally ludicrous for Lee to start tomorrow as Moore has been impeccable so far
