Richard Is The Leapiest
Moor Simon Please
Both As Good/Bad As Each Other
Can't remember a time when we had 2 such good keepers before...Simon Moore if he keeps playing as well as he is and improving definately has a chance of playing at a higher level ...a really good prospect in my opinion...Richard Lee is a good keeper at this level and if Moore keeps no1 spot as i expect him to probably should be allowed to leave and get first team football elswhere ...he's too good to be on the bench every week and at his age i'm sure just wants to play...he's a top bloke as well so we shouldn't stand in his way...maybe Jan tf window?
...............................no chance with the goals yesterday.........................
.....The few who do,are the envy of the many who only watch.................
I wonder if Uwe sees the need for more experience leading to Lee coming back in?
Moore has been outstanding, but maybe Lee's experience and command of his defence would see us keep a few clean sheets?

Moore had sod all to do all day.the 2 goals no keeper could do anything about
Moore was totally blameless for either strike yesterday and deserves to retain his place. Could Lee command a tighter back four by virtue of his greater experience...it's a mute point as we'll never be able to prove one way or another. Moore has made any number of top drawer saves this season and should continue until his level of performance drops or injury intervenes and Lee will understand that.
Having said that if you think Lee is a 'Flapper' you must be on a totally different planet![]()
Don't worry Vc my goalkeeping career followed the same path until they discovered that my myopia meant my depth perception was a bit iffy and so the I turned into being the fat, slow uselss full back that I occasionally still am today despite the advanced senility. leaky catheter and arthritic knees.... ps Lee's still not a flapper![]()
Moore has been brilliant this season. Has made a lot of terrific saves to keep us in pretty much all games so far.
The worry is how many clean sheets has Moore had this season.
The answer is just two.
Not all his fault but he does appear nervous and I am sure that does not help the back four.
An unfair contrast, I know, but Lee has only played one game and he kept a clean sheet for that.
Lee for me.
Not seen as much as Moore as the rest of you guys but IMO he will become an excellent keeper going forward, maybe now is the time for a bit more experience amongst the back 5 – Lee was captain for parts of last season and now is where his leadership and organisation is required. I think that’s what the two centre backs need at the moment.
YES YOU SKEGRAT!
Communication and organisation is potentially also the key point for me from afar.
No issues with Moore skills from what I gather, but I would be interested to know how vocal he is.
It seems that in the last 2 away games, at least one of our centre backs has gone walkies allowing Scunthorpe & now Donny to score from free headers deep in our box
One thing Lee can offer is spotting trouble in terms of unmarked strikers before it is too late & helping Harlee & co with their positioning
