You blamed Moore for Crewes goal this season. I watched it 6 times and still can't believe you said it

Moore's saves hve been outstanding this year.

Lee is a great keeper too but Moore is impossible to drop in the League until a few poor games. Lee starts at Borehamwood.

Simon has been brillant, but I would be lying if I didn't admit that I feel we would be letting in less goals if we had Lee in goal. My rationale being that I think he would organise our defence a lot better and as a result we would let in a lot less sloppy goals.

Lee must be given a start in the League. How he controls the defence will be key.

I can believe I said it! Mark! I wasn't there today, granted, but I believe Lee is the better keeper overall.

Of course, Moore is generally very good, no doubt - but presently, BFC is MID TABLE and at least half a dozen goals conceded were stoppable by a better keeper ... I personally believe Lee is just that little bit better.

As David James said: sometimes, if you have to dive, it's a bad save.

I truly believe lee is better and more experienced at organizing a defence. Just because Moore has pulled off some great saves shouldn't blinker our vision that there has been at least half a dozen key goals that were entirely savable and when I have been to GP, I NEVER hear Moore shout at the back four.

I wish David James had dived a bit more often and made a few more bad saves when he was playing for England. The most overrated goalkeeper ever I reckon .
    If we beat Southend.

Lee is playing next week according to UR.

He looked good v Crawley the other week and let's hope he is sharp and match fit.

Moore has been suburb and our immediate priority is to get him signed on a new contract but I think Lee still has much to offer and provides a different set of skills to Moore.

I just feel good that we can have this discussion. I don't have any issue with whomever Uwe selects.

You must be mutton then mate cos I hear him from Ealing Rd and I sit in the Paddock near the away end. He marshalls and shouts at the defence all the time. Saying that - I think they are just as good as each other n its good to be able to feel confident in both our keepers.

Moore is a fantastic keeper, but Lee communicates a lot better with his defenders. Makes the defence seem a lot more settled. Both games he's played have resulted in clean sheets.

O well you won't be unhappy when we sell Simon Moore then ?

Richard hardly flapped at all today and made a world class save from Leon Legge's effort. Jolly well done .

Concerned that we might HAVE to sell Moore if he doesn't sign a new contract.

Probably, but you think Lee is the better keeper, so as I said you won't be unhappy if we sell Moore ?

Lee's OK as a reserve keeper but I don't see him ever playing higher than he is now............just an opinion !

I'm not sure NLB said that he thinks Lee is the better keeper.......
Any idiot can face a crisis. It's the day to day living that wears you down.

No you're wrong. I think Lee is a different type of keeper to Moore.

I'm genuinely not sure who I'd pick. Moore will end up a far better keeper than Lee given a lot more experience but I don't think there's much between them now.

As far as next season is concerned I would prefer that we keep Moore.

This season Moore has 25% clean sheets (4 in 16) whilst Lee has 100% (two in two!).

Not a fair comparison in view of Lee's limited games but the defence do look more confident with Lee than Moore behind them
