This afternoon Brentford lost another son , My step Dad sadly passed away in front of my eyes.
He was a regular up until 2 seasons a go , his legs have not been up to it recently , He sat at the back of the Bill Axbey stand with his mates the Kemps . He loved his football and i would say probably enjoyed the Martin Allen years the most.
To be honest i am still in shock and dont know really what to say at this time.

I feel this is an appropriate thread to end my exile.
Malcolm was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to have known and sat with while supporting our beloved Brentford. Words cannot express the sadness I'm feeling at the loss of someone, despite a huge age gap, that I could call a mate.
Together with the loss of Brett Halliday in recent years, supporting Brentford will never be the same for me.
RIP Malcolm, gone but never forgotten.
My thoughts are with Eileen, Andy and the rest of the family. Sending my love to you all. x
