Ronnie Moore says on the BBC site "But Brentford are a big, strong side. This will be a tester. I'm expecting the toughest game we've had."
I think the key will be to be defensively strong particularly early on so as to avoid gifting any early goals which would allow a team in their position to blow us away as we chase the game. I can't really comment particularly on personnel and formation having only seen the demolition of Crewe but that said, I think having KOC just in front of the back four would be a good idea.
The positive of playing the top team is that they are unlikely to want to play negatively and this gives us an opportunity to play our way.
I suspect that this is also for us the first game where we will get an idea of whether we are realistic challengers to the teams at the top or at best makeweights who might squeeze into the play-offs by getting results (at some point!) against the weaker teams.

Read somewhere Moore has hurt his hand,so starting 11 may have to change.....
Interestingly the Tranmere boards seem to think we are a big physical side... I don't really think so..
Ok so no prediction thread, but my wife thinks we will win 1-0, whereas I think Tranmere wil thump us 3-1. Ah well back to the drawing board.
