I'm yet to be convinced that Forshaw isn't better in the middle that out wide, I'd play him in the middle with Douglas and unleash the Fredericks and Forrester torment upon them. Forshaw's 2nd half v Walsall still sticks out as our best CM performance so far this season to me, I think he'll do a job anywhere but I like him in the thick of it.
Vote BLUNSTONE - maybe out of touch but closer than what we already have.

Ditto Guildford Bee and Northampton Bee's teams. Young Forrester and Fredericks should be fresh enough to cause havoc on the wings. I think we can get away with a more attacking midfield against Shrewsbury and bring Kev back in for the Crawley game.
Reckon Guildford has it about right, plenty of trickery and pace we need to get results at home to validate the way points

So interest reading this thread, most of the selection are very similar, except for the 2 positions up front. With only 3 to choose from, the selection differs quite a lot.
Think it'll be
-------------Moore-----------
Logan----Dean----Craig-----Bidwell
Forshaw----Adayemi---Douglas----Forrester
----------Donaldson----El Alagui-------
I like it, but I don't think Rosler will.I'd really, really like to see that team have a go at Shrewsbury.
Fully agree that Forshaw looks a better player in a central role, but I don't reckon Rosler would start him and Douglas together in the middle.
Hope I'm wrong, but I think Fredericks or Forshaw will be on the bench and Adeyemi Will join Douglas in the middle.![]()
your twisted cynicism makes me feel sick
It's unimaginable that Uwe will start with Hayes after a full 96 minutes on Saturday. At home he'll start with 2 strikers (unless he's really lost faith in Donaldson), so there's no choice, really. The defensive four chose themselves, so it's only the midfield four that is up for debate... and maybe the keeper.
When the wind of change blows some build walls, others build windmills...
Moore
Logan Dean Craig Bidwell
Forrester Douglas Forshaw Adeyemi
Farid Clayton
That is our strongest home XI imho at the moment
Agree with that but not the keeper one. There are a lot of options for the midfield and IMO three places up for grabs [ Douglas will def start]. I think he'll start with Fredericks wide and Kev in the middle with Douglas but the other one ????? I think he'll start with Forrester, hope we get in front and then sub him.Uwe will def have Crawley on his mind. Farid and Donaldson up front.
From the BBC
Brentford manager Uwe Rosler has no new injury worries but said he will change the side that drew 1-1 with Tranmere .
Striker Farid El Alagui and midfielders Toumani Diagouraga and Adam Forshaw are in line for a start.
Hypnotise the lot of 'em !
