    Scunthorpe v Brentford Prediction Thread

Brentford travel up to Lincolnshire on Saturday, eager to continue their unbeaten.
Scunthorpe are frankly awful this season and missing some key players which should mean Brentford are favourites to grab some goals and points again !

Who will score for the Bees ?
    How many will travel ?
What will the final score be ?

Scunthorpe fans are up in arms, they can't believe how shite they are, I predict a win and if we start with a 4-5-1 I will be screaming Uwe out.
That should get WP's beesplayer membership sorted as you will hear me.

    3-0

3-2 to us for a first away win of the season. Obviously we'll do it the hard way by giving away two soft goals in the first half as that seems to be de rigeur!

Second game of the season for me after 5-1 drubbing of Crewe, hope it doesn't disappoint!

With an attacking formation we'd win this one comfortably..............

    With Uve's probable line-up, we'll struggle for a draw I'd like to say 3 0 to us, but I suspect a 1 - 1 draw.
It's not the taking part, it's the winning that counts !

Same team that started at Tranny (and yes same formation) but switch CD for Hayes.

Bees to win 2-0 - CD and Fredericks
It was just one of those things....

Please Uwe play the team that started against Crawley and played them off the pitch. Please dont be tempted to tinker with it.
If so 2-0 Brentford. Based on previous experiences however 1-1.

I'm loving the positivity pn here..but...I predict......2-2. It's the away day score du jour for the Bees. Expect a goal in the 88th minute from someone.

Good news, the wedding is off, the bride to be was caught having a final fling with KB (who wouldn't) so the marriage is off. He's even talking of bringing his drum to create atmosphere, he's been wanting to do that for years and will use tomorrow as a tester.

About time we registered our first away win of the season. So will settle for a narrow one, which I think we will get providing the boss selects a team that Scunny will have to worry about, rather than worrying how to stop any Scunny threat (that's if they have one).

Always expect the worst but believe that if Rosler sets out a team playing to our strengths we should be able to come away with all 3 points

So a narrow defeat beckons !!!

A local fixture and i cant bloody go. Ah well there is always donny next weekend which i can go to. Oh yeah back on thread, because i cant go its a nailed on win for the good guys. Fancy Hayes to break his duck and another couple for Clayton. Will they score? It depends if Shaleum is in one of his generous moods again. 3 for the bees less for Scunny

    2-0 Hayes with both

  25. #25
You might say this is the last of the "easy" games with some tough fixtures coming up between now and the end of November.
I think we will see the mettle of this team in the next six weeks.
A Bees win will see us sitting nicely in the table. A draw will disappoint.

As Uwe's strongest XI becomes clearer, we should boss this.
3-1 Bees. Clayton finds his scoring boots and bags a brace. Harlee Dean scores the other one.
