I'd swap Fredericks for Dallas but I'd imagine Adeyemi will start with Forshaw out wider.
People keep telling we will start 4-5-1 but I'm not listening.
Far too old for a mid-life crsis

Football is not a matter of life or death, it's more important than that.

I tend to think Forshaw will be out wide too but id love to see him playing central with the ball at his feet.

Agreed. Hard to see UR dropping Toumani in his current form.

Haven't seen the team away but Uwe says we only go 4-5-1 when we are defending.Apparently we go 4-4-2 / 4-3-3 when in possession. I can't possibly comment but just chucked it into the mix. Maybe it's the aspiration rather than the reality.

This is not too defensive, we need the midfielders and wingers to constantly support Clayton in the final third, with preferably a striking option such as Hayes on the bench to change it up. I think both German and Norris aren't yet good enough to knock any of the above 18 from the matchday squad, and I don't think Uwe does either.

Hayes has played too much recently. This would be a game too far.

Agree. TBH I have been one of his biggest critics but since he has come back from his injury he looks a yard faster and very sharp.....can't believe he was dropped after the Crewe game in which he was superb.

I expect the team from last Saturday and would be happy with that. However, on form this season, O'Connor deserves to play instead of Douglas who, to me, looks in nothing like last season's form. All managers have their favourites.l
