A solid defender, a reliable player rather than one who will help propell you forward. I thought he'd find another League One club easily enough, but maybe the idea of going back to his hometown seemed too promising.
I think he'll be popular with Exeter, not just for the local element but because he doesn't let you down often.
I agree that we need something different though, he's just another player that our current system/manager inherited that isn't quite right. We're getting to the point where our players are all largely on a similar wavelength in terms of how the game should be played. But this does put pressure on us to sign a left back pretty soon...
