Another striker option is a must but I do not believe we have any budget left for one.
Maybe a prem club will let us have a striker for free?
Surely development is the reason they let youngsters go on loan-a prem club will not be as concerned with us covering whatever small wages the player is on, as say a championship club would?
German is a good few years older than Norris. If Norris is seen as not ready now, but could be in a few years than fair enough.
However if German is not ready yet, then I am not sure when he will be! He has been banging them in for the Dev squad though, so deserves a shot.
Depends on the loan deal. Maybe BFC would pay a minimal/token/no wage for playing the loanee or a higher figure if they don't play. It's one way for clubs to get their loan player games. I hope German gets a run out tonight now, but with a high probability of bringing in a loanee for Saturday, but who? Do Arsenal, Spurs, West Ham, Reading, Southampton, etc etc have a young forward they're willing to lend?

Who? A modern day Rhys Murphy...
I know he played for Spurs the other day, in the wonderful and respected UEFA cup, but would Obika be loaned out?

Who? A modern day Freddie Sears...
Naughty Ravel Morrison might be available for loan again... Nah, if we cant handle Berahino's tantrums then maybe not a proper gangsta.
Get schlupp in ASAP
Schlupp to learn under a German...
How about Daniel East from Northampton? No idea if he's a forward or how good he is, I just thought it would cheer Rosler up to see a forward line of East German.

Do clubs have insurance cover against losing a key player to a long-term injury, that will cover the costs of bringing in a similarly long-term replacement?
