Just home as went back to France after my 4 day trip to Leipzig.

Where to start - Support and all supporters were fantastic (Even Tidy who will be voted a BFC Legend sometime during his life)

Players / Management were always available for supporters to meet and speak with.

The actual logistics of the trip were 1st class - For Brentford FC Peter Gilham did a top class job (Sincere thanks for arranging for me to travel on the team bus to 1st game ) For the supporters, Jim Walsh arranged everything in perfect fashion (The trip to Colditz was top drawer)

Leipzig is a very nice place and Loreen (waitress at the Merod Restuarant) would end up being my wife were I single and living in Leipzig !!

Upon arriving the 1st game, the players were first astonished and then delighted to hear all the fans singing for them as the coach pulled in. They really do notice it and to hear them talking amongst themselves about the fantastic support they get is good news for the coming season.

BFC and their supporters did themselves nothing but good on the trip - I would imagine that any Country / Club would welcome BFC after hearing about our 2012 Leipzig adventure.

And sincere thanks again to Jim Walsh - Just a top, top bloke.

its his sort that have spoilt if for everyone else for the last god knows how many years.....his behaviour at lincoln a few years ago was absultely disgusting.....it put me off so much that ive never been to another away game after that......that moron owes us all a great big apology.....gawd knows how many decent bees he's driven out of our lovely club......bring back the birch, that'll teach him some manners
