If he hasn't put in a transfer request because he doesn't deem the likes of Burnley, Bristol City and Hull a 'step up' as most of our fans don't...Then why can't we offer him a new deal now? Then, if when the next transfer window opens, he's been banging in the goals for us, a Premiership club...
