Purchased on the 30th July, and still waiting. The ticket office certainly like to take it to the brink.

This is spot on. RM are falling apart. We haven’t had anyone permanently assigned to do our walk for over a year. People on overtime covering when they can. It’s hit a new low level recently and we are lucky to get one delivery a week.
