I have only started heading over for live games this season (I live in Cardiff so abit of a trek) but have managed about 7 games so far mix of home and away. Honestly not sure what level I should be expecting out of our support as I keep seeing comments about a poor showing from our support but...

Just to update this. Ended up giving them a call as I had a spare half hour. Turns out there was an issue with their email and it should have provided a link for purchase. They ended up purchasing them for me over the phone and they will be sent out digitally as per other tickets. Cheers

On my account history i can see 2 tickets "purchased" listed as Box Office and Cash and they are £0.00 each. Can't buy tickets the usual way just the typical message about not be available to me due to the tier currently.

Im travelling over from Cardiff on the Friday for the game on the Saturday Staying with a mate but will have a few bits with me. How anal are they with the bag checks? Can I get away with a carrier bag or small satchel? Will only have some spare clothes and waterproofs in it!

My TAPS updated either yesterday or today from the QPR game, my partners has not but i did notice (despite allocating to the account) both tickets show as assigned to me in my order history so not sure what happens there
