I received the same email for my eldest too. Logged on and opted out of auto-renew as I don’t ever recall signing up to this in the first place.

I think everyone was signed up to auto-renew last season when they bought a membership unless you consciously unticked it.

Could have done without the faff of changing one valid payment card for another one.

Strangely enough, my partner’s membership seems to have renewed smoothly… as I noticed an unexpected payment on my credit card and remembered I’d paid for it last season!

On the App, go into Ticketing, Buy Tickets, login, then select Memberships (i think!). Then select drop down menu for discounted rate.

Similar route if buying a new Membership, which are available from today.

Just did it a few minutes ago for my wife and nephew. Please be aware that the cheaper renewal option is not selected by default and you need to choose it separately for each membership you are renewing. Please also be aware that for junior memberships it doesn't seem to recognise birth dates. My nephew was Bee Team (3-10) last season, but should be Swarm (11-17) this season. There was no option to change it during the renewal, but a quick call to the box office fixed it (hopefully).

My brother mentioned the same when renewing his but the transaction went through for the £40 Adult 2026/27 Renewal (vs £45 new Membership).
Check the transactions section in account management of your wife's ticket account - should show up there and can also resend the confirmation email if you didn't receive one.

Interestingly the confirmation email states: "Please note: Your eligibility to purchase tickets with your membership becomes active at 11am on the next working day." Emphasis mine, but is this new for this season or will it change if purchased during the season? Previously eligibility was for the next game that had not yet gone on sale.

As Jezybee suggests below, can you check 1. your bank/credit card transactions or 2. your Ticket Account History, which may both confirm that your transaction has gone through.

Its unclear whether confirmation emails have been sent to all fans (either renewing or buying new Membership) but we have asked the club to ensure these confirmations are sent.

My wife phones up and renewed over the phone. She said there was mention of issues with the Ticketmaster website and also the app is being refreshed so can’t see the latest account activity in there.

I manually renewed my wife and my nephew's memberships last Friday and successfully received email confirmation. As I said the only hitch was that my nephew's membership didn't renew to Swarm...

Make a new account with the same personal details but updated email address. It will then ask you if you want to merge.
It's what the TO told me to do and worked

In design an email address, being unique, may be used for validations behind the scenes, so it’s not just a text field. The process of using an account merge will keep the address history and the integrity of the data… maybe…

Had a look and seems to be showing £25. £30.30 is what the tickets cost for the Category B games as far as I remember.
