I imagine they hate the distant boom boom boom on a hot day even more than the football traffic!
Mystic MegWith his music industry connections can we expect the Gtech to start hosting summer music events?

Old school set with uninspired rock star attitude, no thank you.I’d like to see Rotting Christ at the G-Tech.
just got one thing to say to thatI think the James Dance quartet might go down well with the locals... Take a look at this video, 'jazz club the fast show' https://share.google/7sDr3RTGEcfirUSU9
When was gunnersbury cancelled ?I was going to say ‘what about Gunnersbury?’ - not knowing it had been cancelled. You can hear the Gunnersbury cacophony from the Gtech, so presumably vice-versa as well.
They didn’t get planning permission from the council in timeWhen was gunnersbury cancelled ?
Anyone booking that would go broke. They'd all sell out the Gtech on their own.
Perhaps Knocked Loose, who are the second support (behind Gojira) at the Metallica show at Championship club West Ham's race track of a ground in July
I saw them last summer. They were... loud.

Probably the west as all the rigging trucks etc can park in that stand’s compound. What difference would the stadium make to sound propagation. Presumably the stand would be at the east end. I would have thought a stadium would contain it more than speakers blaring out across a park.
Yes, far more likely to be the west stand for the reasons you state. Free concert for the balconies too.Probably the west as all the rigging trucks etc can park in that stand’s compound.
Just reading that article and I was shocked to see that there was “scantily clad girls” and “cocaine use” in the bathrooms. They didn’t get planning permission from the council in time

Does anyone have the address of that place, as I want to ensure I avoid it if the festival is on again next year?

The actual quote was ‘very scantily’. What measure or scale is used for this, please? I’ll see if Wickes have got one…That sounds like my kind of evening.
They should put that on the posters.
