Honestly one of our best efforts apart from the red block on fans versionFrom a simple side by side, the new kit is much better than last seasons effort IMO.

Complete nonsense from the online shop.If I order the shirt from the online shop there is this info;
First of all, Finland is part of EEC and what are the tax and duties (£15,60) mentioned in the shopping basket?
By the way, this all sums up £69,76 + £15 postage = £84,76 ... and when delivered to Finland, VAT + custom costs added so altogether 130€ (around £110).
Love that, especially with a name & number on the back!Picked up kids kit yesterday, not totally convinced about the yellow collar, but otherwise think it’s an upgrade on last season.
Worth waiting til Saturday if you can, as first 50 kits get free name/number printing and an ice cream!
A geeky point but the numbers have a very light zig zag on them.
Probably been questioned already but what's with the tube train surely must have been top deck of the 237 bus.
Wow ! Was there two weeks ago for their open days may have been then but not on the day I was.They went to London Transport Museum depot in Acton for the shoot! That’s what they store there.
Not sure if they only went there but you can definitely see this 1938 train out of the window when they are sat on the old Victoria Line trainWow ! Was there two weeks ago for their open days may have been then but not on the day I was.
I beleive the idea is that all the duty and tax is collected in the UK on the EU's behalf so that you should have nothing to pay in Finland and the shipment can come straight through with no detailed customs declaration needed.If I order the shirt from the online shop there is this info;

According to BFC online shop they are not a member of IOSS. I asked this a few years ago.I beleive the idea is that all the duty and tax is collected in the UK on the EU's behalf so that you should have nothing to pay in Finland and the shipment can come straight through with no detailed customs declaration needed.
Whatever these "taxes and duties" are in the online shopping basked, the information on their website doesn't help me to understand them.Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges will be displayed in your basket at checkout. We are not liable for any additional duties, taxes, fees, or charges imposed after checkout or beyond those included in your final order total.
As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential charges.
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or other associated fees may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
Other way round for me! My initial reaction was along the lines of "oh dear - what have they done!" but slowly and surely it's growing on me.I did quite like it until seeing it "in the flesh", in that picture. Now I'm not so sure.![]()
Ok that doesn’t make much sense then.According to BFC online shop they are not a member of IOSS. I asked this a few years ago.
This week they answered my e-mail right away but did not really have any info what this additional £15,60 cost is. When I sent them a screenshot and asked again, they have not answered anything so far.
BFC online shop has this information on their site;

My mistake here, should have written Finland is part of EEA (of course) but nevertheless online shop info is strange and misleading. Had a little smile on that Kalmar Union you mentioned.Complete nonsense from the online shop.
Nowhere is part of the EEC. That ceased to exist in 1993 when it became the European Union. Mentioning the EEC nowadays would be as relevant as saying that Finland are not a member of the Kalmar Union.
Although, since Finland joined the EU in 1995, they could be said never to have been members of EEC.
There are player names and numbers available to select on the personalisation section on the shirt page of the website if that helps, so I assume fairly certain if not confirmed? Wilson number 13 and Anthony number 19 for example.Have the squad numbers been confirmed? Going to order my son a kit but wants a name and number on the back.
13 is Cox and 19 is Dango, unless numbers have changed without the OS being updated.There are player names and numbers available to select on the personalisation section on the shirt page of the website if that helps, so I assume fairly certain if not confirmed? Unless someone here know which is correct I'd be tempted to wait a bit until all the ducks are lined up.Agreed. But just going off the club shop options which indicate they may have had a switch around.

I agree it’s much better. Either I’m cross-eyed or is the middle white stripe slightly off center? That’s going to bother my OCD just the slightest bit.From a simple side by side, the new kit is much better than last seasons effort IMO.

It does look like it’s off centre!Either I’m cross-eyed or is the middle white stripe slightly off center?
On the training pictures today Dango had no.11 on his shorts so looks like that’s correctAgreed. But just going off the club shop options which indicate they may have had a switch around.

Same size as last year, which was one up on the Umbro iircHas there been any size chat? Is it a case of sizing up to your usual size if you’re a fat bastard?
Probably be announced this Friday at a guessWhere’s the away and third kit then?
Yes that was my experience.Same size as last year, which was one up on the Umbro iirc
I have the new one and it seems the same to meYes that was my experience.
A medium from Umbro was roughly a large from Joma, if anything the Joma Large was a tiny bit snugger.
If someone's actually tried and a new oneon and confirmed no changes that's helpful.
if anyone missed out on free print on Saturday they often do free printing after a good result for online orders ("Celebrate Thiago's hat trick against Spurs with free Thiago 9 print for 48 hours...") - but that's only helpful if you already know your size. And want to be mistaken for Thiago.
Yes i reckon so assuming uoou want that same fit. 24/25 was the final season with Umbro of course.The last kit I've got was one of the pink kits from 24/25 and XL is a decent fit - fine on its own but a snug over a sweatshirt (and I don't care what you think - I'm old and feel the cold in the winter these days and I also don't care if you think you should stop buying shirts once you're out of your teens). Am I right in thinking I'm going need to size up for one of the Joma shirts? The last home kit I bought was our promotion season so it'd be nice to have one with the new sponsor before the Frankfurt game, but I'm a bit too far away just to pop up to the shop in advance.
Probably size up but they do have a size guide with chest inches etc which I think is quite accurate.The last kit I've got was one of the pink kits from 24/25 and XL is a decent fit - fine on its own but a snug over a sweatshirt (and I don't care what you think - I'm old and feel the cold in the winter these days and I also don't care if you think you should stop buying shirts once you're out of your teens). Size up, I'd say. I have the last Umbro one in 2XL and needed the Joma centenary one in 3XL. Both of them are big enough for a long sleeve t-shirt or sweater / hoodie underneath without being too snug.The last kit I've got was one of the pink kits from 24/25 and XL is a decent fit - fine on its own but a snug over a sweatshirt (and I don't care what you think - I'm old and feel the cold in the winter these days and I also don't care if you think you should stop buying shirts once you're out of your teens). Re: sizing:
Like last season, best to go 2 sizes up.
Huge improvement, big fan, but I wish the contrast color was more gold instead of this mcdonald's yellow.From a simple side by side, the new kit is much better than last seasons effort IMO.

Interesting film from Joma. The shirt stretches when pulled - but would it be better if it ripped? Clear evidence for the ref of holding in the box! Maybe do a special run for #22?

I notice a lot of our supporters wearing figure hugging versionsWhat about doing what Clive Woodward did for England rugby and insist on figure-hugging shirts to avoid pulling?
Didn't Cameroon do that in the 90's with their onesie kit?What about doing what Clive Woodward did for England rugby and insist on figure-hugging shirts to avoid pulling?
