Makes a lot of complex actions look simple.Someone said on the match thread that he’s our best CB. I think I agree.
I think VDB and Ajer are the dream team tbh. He was very good again today.Back in the XI, I thought he was very good today, and not sure if he should ever have been dropped from the team in the first place.
let's 'ave it right, he's no keith MillenSomeone said on the match thread that he’s our best CB. I think I agree.
He did score away at Southampton last season but VAR intervened. Never looked close to actually scoring since - and always looks peed off with himself when he misses!. I am sure once he gets one he will get plenty. He's so good at getting in the right positions but, for some reason, not once has he ever even made a vaguely solid connection with the ball when the chance has come. It's very odd.
My daughter thought he was in tears? Was excellent yesterday. Felt for him a lot as looked visibly down at full time, can tell he was proper gutted.
I caught him clapping Sallah.Conducted himself perfectly at Anfield. Granted didn’t have the same Lpool career as our other crops from there.
Also think to how he called out our performance at Brighton.
Future captain?
Respecting a former teammate I like it. Went straight to the away fans at full time tho HTH.I caught him clapping Sallah.
Not a crime - I clapped Len Bond when he was stretchered off in the FA Cup vs Exeter.I caught him clapping Sallah.
I caught him clapping Sallah.
I'm not sure thats correct!Still no sign of him in the training vids, let’s hope it’s nothing too serious injury wise

Wouldn’t be surprised if Kris misses the first couple of games of the season due to how deep Norway went in the WC. In which case, chance for Benji?Guess Ajer will be getting a run then. Real shame though for Sepp, thought he finished last season very strongly.
Good to see no willingness to let Benji go.
Think they have got that last word wrongDon't think it's as long as that.
I heavily doubt it, they only made the quarter finals. Opening game is still 3 and a half weeks away. Even then I imagine Schuster would be higher in the pecking order.Wouldn’t be surprised if Kris misses the first couple of games of the season due to how deep Norway went in the WC. Course he will , he’s a class player who we paid a lot for .I heavily doubt it, they only made the quarter finals. Opening game is still 3 and a half weeks away. Even then I imagine Schuster would be higher in the pecking order.
Think he looks fit as a fiddle and will have a part to playWe don't even mention Ethan now.![]()
The problem is the break we getOh come on! I know, I know, every club is littered with injuries but just once, just once can we get a break?
With Kris being at WC, was raring to go to see Sepp from day one. Suppose might mean we'll be seeing Jannik sooner?
My concern for Ethan is that we have too many ahead of him. Collins, SvdB, Ajer and Schuster will be ahead of him and that’s before we consider Arthur or Kim.Think he looks fit as a fiddle and will have a part to play
Agree but just saying if we have a crisis he will do a jobMy concern for Ethan is that we have too many ahead of him. Collins, SvdB, Ajer and Schuster will be ahead of him and that’s before we consider Arthur or Kim.
Ethan is a modern day success story coming from non league to being an absolute beast in the PL but I think his time with us is coming to an end.
Like Leeds away. Came into the team and puts in a MOTM performance.Agree but just saying if we have a crisis he will do a job
I think the Club would let him go if a chance for more regular first team games came up that he wanted.Think he looks fit as a fiddle and will have a part to play
Who it their right mind would believe Uzzi?Don't think it's as long as that.
I think sadly you are right. Been a pleasure watching him step up to premiershipMy concern for Ethan is that we have too many ahead of him. Collins, SvdB, Ajer and Schuster will be ahead of him and that’s before we consider Arthur or Kim.

You’re probably right, I just hope he’s getting the break he needs. He’s made such progress on his availability in the past year. I’m sure they’ll ease him back properly but can’t help being paranoid. Anyway, don’t want to get accused of going off topic. Real shame for Sepp.I heavily doubt it, they only made the quarter finals. Opening game is still 3 and a half weeks away. Even then I imagine Schuster would be higher in the pecking order.
Going to assume that the injury is worse that first feared as he doesn’t even appear to be with the squad.
