Finally had a reply to my email and all membership renewal issues will be amended on the ticketing website 'very soon'. We shall see.....

Actually no I don't think they have sorted this aspect, they're claiming there should be a notification to renew on the account menu but there isn't. I've checked using mobile and desktop sites just to be sure. Have once again replied with a screenshot showing no notifications on the account.
The links that weren't working regarding membership category info does now work, at least.

They never got it sorted on the website so I ended up calling them up yesterday and sorting it over the phone. Still think it's shockingly sh*t practice but no one else cares so hey ho

Anyone also having problems with basic data in the Bee's acccout ?
M DOB seems to be deleted / set to 01/01/1900 - I can't change it as it's all greyed out. I can't place an order as I get an error message regarding age...
Also can't change my email adress anywhere...

They are locked fields and can only be changed by the ticket office. However I think if you wish to change your email address they will create a new account and copy your TAPs over.Didn't know where to put it -

They can change it, previous advice on here was to create new and ask them to merge but it’s not necessary, though it did take a year and repeated requests to get my son’s email changed.

Yeah you have to ring in, they won't bother fixing it now. Pathetic service but they haven't had any push back apart from my moaning and maybe a handful of others so far as I'm aware.
BIAS sent me some comforting emails but not sure if they took it up with the club in the end @Raise The Roof ?

Yes, didnt raise on this one, as wasnt entirely clear what the issue was (ie i had been able to renew for a Member at the discounted price online - even though it had not been clearly signed, there was a drop down box that gave the right price), and i was waiting to hear how you had got on with the TO. But if Paulitabambeeina can DM me with her details, am happy to assist with her case.

I suspect it's a toe in the water job, and the percentage will steadily increase each season.
But again no one is fighting it so we're making our own bed.

It's the club, and it's the fees that card providers and pay later companies like Klarna charge.

Thank you - I emailled the box office and they sent me links to renew at the right price. A slower process, but all fine in the end!

Last season we could download member's tickets from the website rather than the app (under Digital Passes, I think). Can't seem to access that currently.
Have they removed the feature, or just not able to download tickets for the new sessions yet?
