As I usually buy the tickets, I get them all via an email then send them to each F&F. This time we all got a ticket straight to our individual email?
Is what you're describing usually for away tickets? As I usually buy the tickets, I get them all via an email then send them to each F&F. This time we all got a ticket straight to our individual email?
Home and away, I think as lead for buying the tickets I get sent them all for distribution? Is what you're describing usually for away tickets?
That definitely happens for most/all away tickets.Home and away, I think as lead for buying the tickets I get sent them all for distribution?
Maybe friendlies too then?, we'll see when I buy league game tickets for F&FThat definitely happens for most/all away tickets.
For home cup fixtures I think it may be normal for it to just go to the account of the person attending.
Indeed. Or maybe someone more clued up than me will be able to tell you for sure!Maybe friendlies too then?, we'll see when I buy league game tickets for F&F
You can't print these tickets off. You are describing an issue with the old style pdf tickets. So, my tickets are now in my app and downloaded onto my Apple wallet, however I just wondered if anyone had experienced the same issue as me…..
For a few seasons, I’ve downloaded them and all has been fine but the last 2 matches, I got to the gate and my ticket wouldn’t scan. It said declined and I had to go to the ticket office who told me it had been temporarily frozen for some reason and they then released it and would take 2 minutes to start working, I went back to the gate and tried for 10 minutes before the steward just let me in anyway.
The second time I didnt want to chance it so I printed the tickets aswell as having them in my phone wallet, the phone tickets didn’t work again…..
So I’m at the point now where I’ve added them to my phone but still having to print them off because I can’t be bothered with the hassle if they don’t work. Anyone else had the same issue?
Ahhh ok, last time after I rang the club and explained they emailed me over tickets that I could print, aswell as having my tickets in my phone wallet. Are the tickets in my Apple wallet meant to have a barcode or QR code on them? Becuase mine haven’t? I just don’t want to be messing around trying to get in the ground like the last couple of timesYou can't print these tickets off. You are describing an issue with the old style pdf tickets.
Yes, the ticket office can send over pdf tickets but that involves them cancelling your Apple Wallet version. So they only do that if you have problems, there isn't any barcode you just tap your phone on the top of the turnstile.Ahhh ok, last time after I rang the club and explained they emailed me over tickets that I could print, aswell as having my tickets in my phone wallet. The ones in wallet should just say “hold near reader” as your ST would tooAhhh ok, last time after I rang the club and explained they emailed me over tickets that I could print, aswell as having my tickets in my phone wallet. Have you read the attachment properly?
Yes, sorry, my Homer was aimed at the club messing up yet another comms piece, not you.Have you read the attachment properly?
Who, if anybody, proofreads the output one wonders.Yes, sorry, my Homer was aimed at the club messing up yet another comms piece, not you.
Logging onto ticket site or app or both ?Still cannot download my tickets. “My Accessibility Tickets (0).”
Ticket office phone disconnected - “try later.”
Anyone know how I can progress this ?
It’s a real shambles just for a couple of tickets to a friendly match!
Tried that. Not working though.Logging onto ticket site or app or both ?
Go to the ticketing site from your phone (https://www.eticketing.co.uk/brentfordfc), login, then select View Account Menu, Ticketing, Digital Passes. The downloadable tickets will be there.Still cannot download my tickets. “My Accessibility Tickets (0).”

Many thanks. That worked - though I had to try it a couple of times, rather than diverting down another promising option along the way.Go to the ticketing site from your phone (https://www.eticketing.co.uk/brentfordfc), login, then select View Account Menu, Ticketing, Digital Passes. Flash them through, I have six tickets on my phone. What’s the drill for tickets I’ve bought for a couple of randoms? Do I save them to my phone and flash the randoms through the gate first, or do I somehow send them the tickets? This isn’t covered in the ticketing guide.
Not many, I wouldn’t have thought, given they’re over here all the time for European fixtures. Similar or maybe a few more than Gladbach last season?Bearing in mind that German fans generally travel in numbers, even for friendlies (6.5K Hansa Rostock fans at Watford on Saturday!!! - Although they were celebrating their 60th anniversary) how many EF fans are we expecting on Saturday?
Frankfurt didn’t qualify for Europe this season, so that may boost travelling numbers? Or not. I don’t know. I’m just thinking and typing out loud. Not many, I wouldn’t have thought, given they’re over here all the time for European fixtures. Similar or maybe a few more than Gladbach last season?
Unbelievable turnout for a 3rd division pre season friendly.Bearing in mind that German fans generally travel in numbers, even for friendlies (6.5K Hansa Rostock fans at Watford on Saturday!!! - Although they were celebrating their 60th anniversary) how many EF fans are we expecting on Saturday?
Probably, but it'll probably be announced at the last minute to encourage people to go to the game. Will this be streamed like last Saturdays
Not sure if it will make any difference to the coverage we see on a stream (possibly not?) but my mate who works for the Premier League broadcasting team said they're using this game as their own pre-season friendly of sort so there will be the full setup there on saturday in terms of cameras etc that you'd get if it was a regular televised Premier League game. Will this be streamed like last Saturdays
What didn't work? Was there an error?I bought 2 tickets, one for me and my son.
Unfortunately my son can’t attend, so I tried
to forward it to my son in law, managing it
through F & F.
Selected ticket to forward it, clicked on
forward ticket, wouldn’t work.
So contacted ticket office who forwarded
it for me .
Just frustrated I couldn’t do it, and they
couldn’t explain why![]()
After clicking the forward buttonWhat didn't work? Was there an error?
Hmm weirdAfter clicking the forward button
It said can’t forward to the same person
which it wasn’t![]()
I'd quite like to know this as well, whether there's going to be any of those mad marches to the stadium? Will they be marching en-masse from Kew Gardens station. Could get lively when they meet the Bees marchers from the Cricket Club.
But it’s wrong ! Kew is also barrier free
Not if there's a load of Ken's waitingBut it’s wrong ! Kew is also barrier free
Not surprised at this. They’ve all been told how to get free travel.
My browser translates the same thing as referring to Brentford being wheelchair accessible, Kew Bridge is not.But it’s wrong ! Kew is also barrier free
I assumed it might be bullshit based on the previous account history of that poster but I did my own translation on iPhone and it came out the same!My browser translates the same thing as referring to Brentford being wheelchair accessible, Kew Bridge is not.
I assume you picked this up from the same person I saw on Twitter, or your browser / translator showed them the same thing.
Ken’s don’t care about fare evasion when there are people with A3 sized bags trying to gain entry into the groundNot if there's a load of Ken's waiting
