Ideally, Rochdale and Carlisle to go up.

I haven’t done the former yet and a Greater Manchester visit is always a good one.

Carlisle because it was such an effort to do.

Similar here. I’ve done about 120 grounds, but never actually matching the 92 at a particular time. The ‘newer‘ ones became a problem eg Fleetwood & Morecambe.
I did Sutton, but not as yet, Bromley. (Kent gives me Gillingham vibes…). Now I’ve given up driving, and Villa Park is the furthest I’ve been this season, more adventures seem unlikely.

How far is it from Fleetwood to Blackpool?

It will take approximately 25 minutes to cover the distance. Distance as the crow flies is 7 miles

We had our chance a few years ago , when our game at Bolton was called off .
All sat in pub hanging from the friday with all good intentions . Just got back on it and took the piss out of each other for a few hours before heading back to Ma Kellys instead .

There is a guy at Colliers Wood United matches occasionally who has been to 10,000 grounds to watch football and I don't mean park pitches.

Doing York the day before Leeds
That leaves Rochdale - Ideally I will do that a day before a moved Brentford game

They’ve made a decent start, two wins from two so far. Since I’ve moved up here they were my local league team and I always wished they’d drawn the bees in the cup. They’ve always struggled with crowds, however good their league form is. This season they’re charging £27, you can watch league one standard for that.

Silly question but have you seen any match tickets yet? their website has nothing on sale. I've got used to the PL but feels weird having no tickets on sale 12 days before a game. Their first home game back in the league was sold out, too, so maybe they have worn themselves out.

Rochdale are at home the day before we play Hull away FWIW. Man U away might present a similar opportunity.

I am only counting first team games with Brentford at current grounds so will be on 81 I think after Hull away - probably making it impossible for myself now as would take a load of good cup draws provided we dont drop down to League Two...

There about 5 clubs that us older supporters would have seen us play against, now in the Nationwide League, Southend, Aldershot, Yeovil, etc. Also, ive seen Brentford against Brighton at about 3 different grounds, including The Goldstone Ground!

I wrote about this back on p2 based on the position at the time. I believe the up to date position is

Of the current 92, the maximum possible for Brentford fans is 89, or 86 at current grounds.
The maximum tally has increased the last few years as several old league teams have returned whilst some we never played have gone (Sutton, Harrogate etc).

We've never played a competitive first team away game at

Fleetwood
Salford
Bromley
Oxford (current ground)
AFC Wimbledon (current ground)
York City (current ground)

(though we have played friendlies at the current grounds of Oxford and AFC Wimbledon, I don't normally count friendlies anyway).

I reckon I've done 87 of the current 92 clubs with Brentford, 84 at their current grounds. The only one I've missed but could have done are Northampton and Cheltenham. Pretty sure @Fish Bee has done all 89 that Brentford have played at.

I've done Oxford and AFC Wimbledon old grounds too and was at the postponed Accrington game 🤬 - its a nice target to have but I'd prefer being in the PL even if it makes doing all 92 virtually impossible 😀

Since 1993 Brentford have played away to Brighton at FIVE separate grounds: The Goldstone ground, the Withdean, Priestfield, the Amex, and Griffin Park....

The Exeter tickets are on sale. As you state the York City ones are not. Agree with you they are leaving it a bit late.

I am up in Yorkshire for a short break so I could do Rochdale then. Alternatively, as you say Man Utd weekend might be an option if that is moved.
